Stimulant content per strip
ENERGY: 80 mg caffeine per strip. ZERO: 0 mg caffeine and 100 mg paraxanthine per strip. Paraxanthine is a stimulant. Count it with your other sources of caffeine.
Who should not use it
Do not use if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants, or if you have a medical condition or take medication, unless you have talked to a doctor first.
Serving
Do not exceed the serving stated on the label. Account for caffeine from coffee, tea, energy drinks and other supplements.
Caffeine reference
The FDA cites 400 mg of caffeine a day as an amount not generally associated with dangerous, negative effects for healthy adults. Individual sensitivity varies.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
